This is a gathering for women. We'll spend the afternoon exploring how certain colors and textures help you feel more connected to different parts of yourself — some guided reflection, then moving into a clothing swap, where you shop through the pieces everyone's brought while applying what you just uncovered.
Led by me — a licensed therapist and stylist — so it's as much heart-work as it is style.
The goal is to leave with a deeper awareness of self, a new relationship to your wardrobe, and a felt sense of how to dress in a way that supports the energy you want to feel most connected to.
Bring gently loved clothing, shoes, accessories, and handbags in clean, good condition to trade. Anything unclaimed will be thoughtfully donated.
