Summer Nights: Yin Yoga — Mellow Flow with Yin Yoga on Tuesdays & Thursdays

Tuesdays & Thursdays | 6:00pm

Unwind at the end of your day with a soothing candlelit Yin practice designed to calm your mind, soften your body, and reset your energy. We’ll begin with a gentle, all-levels warm-up flow to ease tension and prepare the joints, then melt into longer-held Yin poses that release the hips, low back, and shoulders.

$25 per class.
