Colleen is a true believer in the healing power of yoga. She teaches yoga with a steady, approachable style, shaped by her love of creating healthier, more connected communities. Her classes focus on helping people feel the power the breath, body, and mind can create when they work together. She believes that yoga works best when it is accessible, supportive, and connected to real community, and she brings that intention to every class she leads.
$20 per class; Fridays from 4:30-5:30 pm PST // Beginning January 16th
