Gentle Yoga & Breath (PVIS Monday Meetup)
Mondays don’t have to be manic. Let’s get together to release and rewire. We will focus on using our breath and our body to train the noise in our mind. The pace is unhurried, the transitions are clear, and the goal is straightforward: The Greenhouse is donating a portion of this class to PVIS Booster Club to support our student’s clubs and activities.
