Conscious Connected Breathwork w/ Lane

This transformative 90-minute workshop will introduce the power of conscious connected breathing, which improves well-being by releasing old patterns that no longer serve us. We will begin with a guided grounding meditation before moving into breathwork with a curated playlist. After actively breathing for a period of time, we will conclude with a final meditation where we will integrate the experience of having cleared away old emotions or stuck energy from our sympathetic nervous system. Please wear comfortable clothing. Please note that this workshop is not advised for people with a history of cardiovascular issues or seizure disorders.

About Lane

After receiving a Bachelors Degree in Philosophy from Rutgers University, Lane Jaffe hit the road, headed west, and made it to the shores of the pacific ocean.  His "career" started out working with severely emotionally disturbed adolescents, which taught him that we all have different ways of thinking, feeling and relating.  Wanting to learn more, he went on to get a Masters Degree in Psychology from Antioch University.  With theoretical knowledge at hand, he was longing for some experiential wisdom, so off he went to meet some people.  He journeyed to Bali to learn from traditional healers, to Peru to work a shaman, and to India to learn the ways of the Guru...and what he gathered from these experiences, is that everything you need to know, already exists within you.
