Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini energy awakens and aligns the mind body and spirit through pranayama (breath work), mantra (sound chanting) and asana (postures). This is the yoga of awareness where we intentionally stoke our energy centers for feedback. We listen deeply to feel what we need to heal. We cultivate a feeling of being “at home” no matter the circumstances of life. Kundalini Yoga teaches us that we are not just our physical body but also our soul, our mind, our arcline, our aura, our pranic body, our subtle body and our radiant body.  You will stretch thoroughly and pull your kundalini energy up from your first chakra all the way up to the crown chakra. This practice creates waves of consciousness that can lead to authentic healing and a focus on the soul to guide you in fulfilling the purpose of your life. All levels.

About Roni

Roni discovered kundalini yoga in 2011 when she was pregnant with her first daughter. A prenatal practice lead by Gurmurkh Kaur Khalsa set her on a path toward becoming a 200 hour RYT certified kundalini teacher with Yoga Alliance. Roni simplifies the practice of kundalini for all yogis, regardless of experience. Geet Adi Kaur is her spiritual name. Geet translates to singing or song. Adi refers to God's primal energy which is infinite. Kaur means lioness of God who walks with grace and strength throughout her life. Roni opens the hearts and minds of those around her with harmony, expansiveness, peace and joy.
