Welcome (Back) to Yoga Series w/ Jenny

Whether you are just beginning your yoga journey, returning after some time off, or you just simply enjoy the pace of getting back to basics, this class is for you. Jenny will guide you through the building blocks of yoga postures to help you feel safe, confident, and guided through your yoga practice. All are welcome. Please bring a mat.


$23 per class; Mondays ~ 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. // September 18, 25 & October 2

About Jenny

Jenny's yoga journey began when she became a mom fifteen years ago practicing prenatal yoga. This inspired her to get her 200 hour teacher training with YogaFit. To Jenny yoga is one of the ultimate forms of self-care and nourishment for body, mind and soul. Jenny loves to share her love of yoga through an energizing and active flow practice. Jenny is also a cooking instructor and the owner of Sweet & Sunny Kitchen, a granola and wholesome baked goods company. She loves nourishing others through her food and recipes.
