Build strength, improve your flexibility and posture, and learn how to connect inward with the body through repetition and controlled movements. This mat Pilates class is open to all levels. Please bring a mat.

About Irina

Irina Aghajanyan discovered Pilates as a method of coping with her own physical pain after multiple spinal operations. She found that she was able to connect to her body more clearly and understand how correct movement helped her recover. She learned how the body could heal itself when treated with love and respect.

Her classes focus on creating better posture, building core strength and learning how to connect with the body. She believes Pilates can be customized to every body and everybody, and that it's never too late to start.
