This accessible series blends therapeutic core ball work, breath-centered movement, pranayama, guided meditation, and deep relaxation to help improve posture, mobility, breathing mechanics, nervous system balance, and overall body awareness.
Each class is designed to help release tension, reconnect to the deep core, and create more ease throughout the body — while offering tools to better manage stress, fatigue, and everyday overwhelm. Expect mindful movement, restorative breath practices, and grounding relaxation techniques that leave you feeling lighter, steadier, and deeply restored.

About Christina Powers
While working as a trained doctor of physical therapy with an orthopedic specialty, I learned that my skills were in helping people heal their bodies in a physical way. Part of the work, we will do is uncovering any physical restrictions on your health and wellness as well as excavating other areas to improve for your optimal wellness. And so, after 18+ years of experience in physical therapy, I have seen the effects of people’s mind and how their individual spirits play a part in this self healing process and want to integrate other ways for you to achieve your best self.
