Open your heart and reconnect with your inner vitality in this interactive and uplifting workshop blending tea, movement, meditation, and energetic healing.
We’ll begin by sipping rose tea, a gentle heart-opening ritual that supports emotional well-being and invites softness, connection, and presence. As you enjoy your tea, you’ll learn about the origins of Pranic Healing and the teachings of Grand Master Choa Kok Sui, the modern-day founder of this transformative system.
From there, we’ll move through light yoga to awaken and open the body, followed by the beautiful Meditation on Twin Hearts, a powerful healing meditation designed to bless the earth with loving-kindness while activating the heart and crown energy centers. We’ll close with heart-opening slow flow yoga and guided healing to help you integrate the experience and feel more spacious, grounded, and free in your body.
This workshop is perfect for anyone seeking gentle movement, energetic clarity, emotional renewal, and a meaningful introduction to the healing power of pranic practices.
Come as you are and leave feeling open, supported, and inspired.

About Samie
Atma Namaste! My name is Samie, and I love to empower others through healing, movement, and wellness. My yoga journey began as a pre-teen practicing with DVDs at home and continued through my teenage years, college, and beyond. Over time, yoga became a sanctuary during life’s challenges and inspired me to deepen my path through teacher training. I am certified in Vinyasa and Prenatal Yoga and am currently finishing a course in Neurogenic Yoga. Alongside earning my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from IUPUI and working in child development, family support, and clinical research, I also discovered powerful healing modalities such as Reiki, Pranic Healing, and Arhatic Yoga. As a certified associate pranic healer, I bring together my background in psychology, wellness, energy healing, and yoga to help others find balance, healing, and light in their lives. I’m passionate about creating a supportive space where we can grow, heal, and thrive together. www.blissfullylit.com
