Unwind at the end of your day with a soothing candlelit Yin practice designed to calm your mind, soften your body, and reset your energy. We’ll begin with a gentle, all-levels warm-up flow to ease tension and prepare the joints, then melt into longer-held Yin poses that release the hips, low back, and shoulders.
Expect slow pacing, grounding breathwork, and a peaceful atmosphere that helps you shift out of the busyness of the day and into true rest.

About Marie
Marie has practiced yoga for over 20 years and has been teaching since 2019. She is a RYT 500 yoga teacher and a yoga therapist, whose training draws from integrative yogic traditions informed by anatomy, neuroscience, and contemplative practices. Grounded in her own experience navigating a corporate career and family life, her classes emphasize breath, mindful movement, meditation, and subtle body awareness to support regulation and resilience.
