A Moving Meditation by the Sea - Meet us at beach below Avenue H (Redondo/Torrance)
Join us for a soul-soothing morning where yoga meets art, breath meets tide, and intention becomes form. We’ll begin with a gentle, breath-centered beach yoga flow designed to awaken your senses and ground your body in the rhythms of the ocean. Following the flow, we’ll co-create sacred sand mandalas and symbolic shapes in the shore’s canvas, using the ancient practice of contemplative art-making to anchor presence and express spirit. Whether you trace spirals, draw yantras, or sculpt symbols of your own, this practice invites stillness in motion and meditation in creation.
Come as you are. Leave with sand between your toes, salt on your skin, and a softened heart.
All levels welcome
Bring a towel or mat you don’t mind getting sandy
Optional: a stick, shell, or personal talisman to shape the sand
$25 Per Person
