Slow Flow with Restoratives w/ Amber

This class is designed for deep relaxation of the body and mind. We begin with a slow flow before moving into restorative postures. With gentle awareness, we’ll support the nervous system and recharge. The use of props makes this practice accessible and comfortable for everyone.


$23 per class; Wednesdays ~ 10:30 - 11:30 a.m.


About Amber

Amber became a registered yoga instructor in Santa Monica with Tamal Dodge in 2010, and has immersed herself in the Southern California Yoga scene ever since. Having a deep rooted interest in health and wellness, Amber works as a yoga instructor and holistic Nutritionist Consultant to help people live more vibrant and healthy lives. Amber holds an MA in Psychology, with a focus in Animal Behavior. Her love of nature and the ocean led her to teach stand up paddle board yoga for many years in King Harbor, and together with her husband she loves to scuba dive, travel the world, and snuggle up with her dog and cats. Her teaching style is caring, light hearted, and always allows for students to listen to their inner guide.
