Back tBefore the busyness of the holidays begins, give yourself the gift of preparation.
Holiday Harmony pairs a practical workshop on energy care with a restorative Reiki sound bath. Learn simple tools for staying grounded through crowded gatherings and complicated family dynamics, create your own doable energy hygiene plan for the season, then rest deeply as you receive sound and energy work. Leave with a calm body, a clear plan, and tools for returning to peace when you need them.
Mats, blankets, and bolsters will be provided, along with writing tools, but please bring anything you’d like to feel comfortable and cozy during the Reiki sound bath.
SATURDAY, December 5th | 2:00pm - 3:30pm
$44 per workshop
