You’ll be guided through pranayama (breath-work) and lunar yin postures designed to ground your energy and open the heart.
We’ll roll away stress with gentle self-massage using Yoga Tune Up® balls, releasing tension in both the muscles and the nervous system.
Our practice closes with a soothing yoga nidra — an extended, guided savasana — inviting complete rest and renewal of body, mind, and spirit.
