EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerful psychotherapy approach that helps your brain reprocess stuck memories, reducing emotional stress and building lasting resilience.
If you are looking for a supportive environment to process past challenges, we invite you to join our intimate 6-week cohort. Together, we will focus on cultivating grounding techniques, desensitizing an upsetting memory, and installing empowering beliefs to help you move forward.
The Power of Group Healing—With Total Privacy
In this group, you will heal alongside a consistent cohort of peers without ever being required to share the private details of your personal trauma out loud.
Why Attendance Matters
This group follows the sequential 8 phases of EMDR Individual Therapy. Because our learning builds cumulatively each week before reprocessing can begin, attendance for all six sessions is essential.
When: November 2nd - December 7th
Time: 5:00pm - 6:15pm
Group Size: Strictly limited to 6 participants
Location: In-Person at The Greenhouse Yoga Collective, Palos Verdes
Investment: $600 for the full 6-week series
Join us for a quiet space to untangle your mind, heal, and breathe.
