Through yoga, we bear witness to the body, the breath, and the quiet truths that live within us. Through writing, we extend that witness outward— using language to share the stirrings of our heart.
Set in the tranquil beauty of Ojai, California—long cherished as a spiritual and creative sanctuary—this retreat brings these two practices together, inviting us to slow down, soften, and enter into a more spacious way of seeing and creating.
Our days will include:
Guided writing explorations to give voice to what we witness within and beyond
Yoga Flows, Yin, and Meditation practices to inhabit the body and attune to presence
Time to hike, explore, or simply be in the vast embrace of Ojai’s natural landscape
This retreat is not about perfecting poses or producing polished pages. It is about arriving as we are, and listening deeply, allowing us to witness ourselves and to be a witness for one another.
Please note: Our gathering will begin at Light & Space in Ojai at 7 p.m. on Friday evening. We will conclude our retreat on Sunday at 1 p.m. Specific scheduling details, along with suggested accommodations will be shared upon booking.
