Explore a comprehensive approach to healing through moving meditation. This integrated practice blends Iyengar & Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, meditation & breath-work. Yoga Mittra Teacher Training School is proud to enter into its 13th year, offering full-spectrum, inspired Vinyasa Yoga immersions and training rooted in tradition while being accessible and inclusive to everyone. From brand new to seasoned, students of all ages and levels enjoy our light-hearted and meaningful approach to exploring yoga, from classical to contemporary practices, ranging from Restorative Yoga to invigorating Vinyasa Flow. Many of the South Bay’s most well-loved yoga teachers have studied with us, and we are grateful to share yoga, health, and wellness with our local community, as well as globally!
