Yin Yoga Immersion — Part 2

Deepen your relationship with Yin Yoga in this 10-hour immersion designed for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners seeking greater nuance, presence, and integration.

Guided by Sarah Beston, Part 2 builds upon the foundations of Yin Yoga while moving into its more subtle dimensions—how the practice is felt over time, how stillness supports the nervous system, and how Yin becomes a powerful space for awareness, regulation, and insight. This weekend emphasizes embodiment over information, offering an experiential and reflective approach to both practice and teaching.

While this immersion is a natural continuation of Part 1, it is fully accessible as a standalone training. Core principles will be briefly reviewed and clearly contextualized, making the weekend supportive and meaningful whether or not you attended Awaken the Wisdom Within.
