Happy Hormones: Menopause (peri/post), Movement & Meditation w/ Dr. Katie Massoudian & Suzy Nece

  • The Greenhouse 2325 Palos Verdes Drive West Palos Verdes Estates, CA, 90274 United States (map)

Let’s Talk “The Change.” Menopause is a time of change, and change, yoga teaches, is inevitable. Coping with unwanted change is above all a spiritual issue. Yoga’s emphasis on reducing stress and meeting challenges with acceptance and gratitude, acts as an antidote.

Join Dr. Katie Massoudian, OB/GYN M.D. and Suzy Nece for an informative and empowering discussion on all things yonis and yoga.  Take away yoga tips for hot flashes, anxiety, and insomnia and nutritional/supplemental suggestions.

Get answers to questions like:

  • Whose body is this?

  • Am I crazy?

  • Is it hot in here or is it me?

  • Why am I wide awake at 3am?

  • Is my libido finito?

  • Is HRT for me?

In this workshop, Dr. Katie will share her expertise, we will move together, breathe together and share in a hormone healthy snack.

Dress comfortably, to take part in a gentle yoga sequence designed to bring your hormones into harmony, while supporting bone health, countering gravity, boosting mood and metabolism, and balancing physical and emotional well-being.

After practice you will sleep better and leave feeling sexy and sane.

Sunday, february 1 ~ 12:00 - 2:00 pm
