Autumn invites us to slow down, reflect, and return to ourselves. Set amidst the coastal beauty of Palos Verdes, this intimate retreat weaves together yoga, meditation, and writing as pathways to presence, creativity, and self-discovery.
Designed for seekers, writers, and practitioners of all experience levels, this retreat is not about perfecting poses or producing polished pages. It is an invitation to pause, nourish your inner life, and bear witness to the stories unfolding within and around you.
