This all-levels Chair Yoga class offers a supportive and accessible approach to yoga, using a chair for balance, comfort, and stability. Whether you're brand new to yoga, recovering from an injury, managing mobility challenges, or simply looking for a mindful mid-day reset, this class meets you where you are.
We’ll move through seated and standing postures (with the chair for support), focus on breath awareness, and end each session with guided relaxation. No experience needed—just come as you are and enjoy the benefits of movement, mindfulness, and community.

C.J. is a fitness coach & yoga instructor who brings fun, kindness, and energy to each class. He has been in the fitness industry for over 25 years and loves making a difference. His nickname is “Mr. Green Drink” and is the author of Saving the Planet One Green Drink at a Time. He specializes in yoga, nutrition, functional training, and making green drinks. C.J. has completed two 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Certification classes and loves teaching chair yoga to all ages.
