Full Moon Intention & Moving Meditation
Welcome the New Year with a powerful community practice under the energy of the Full Moon. This Yoga Mala is a guided, steady flow of 108 Sun Salutations—a traditional moving meditation used to clear the mind, renew focus, and set meaningful intentions for the year ahead.
Together, we will:
Move through Sun Salutations in manageable rounds with pacing options for all levels
Use breath and repetition to build heat, stamina, and mental clarity
Pause between rounds for short reset moments and intention-setting
Close with grounding stretches and a brief relaxation to integrate the practice
Whether you complete all 108 or choose a modified number, this is a supportive and energizing way to begin the year with purpose, presence, and community.
