Harvest & Exhale: A Fall Equinox Ritual • Restorative Yoga & 108 Breaths with Suzy & Angela

  • The Greenhouse 2325 Palos Verdes Drive West Palos Verdes Estates, CA, 90274 United States (map)

You don’t have to head into fall at full speed.

The equinox offers a moment to pause—to appreciate what has grown, notice what has run its course and consider what we want to carry into the next season.

Join Suzy & Angela for gentle somatic movement, restorative yoga and guided breathwork, with room to soften, settle and hear yourself again.

Our mala will be a meditation of 108 breaths. One breath, then another—a quiet rhythm to return to as we move from the busyness of summer toward the slower invitation of fall. We’ll explore easy movement and supported rest, letting the breath stay natural and the practice meet us where we are.

Through reflection and a simple seasonal ritual, we’ll honor what we’re keeping and make room to put something down. There’s no need to have your next chapter figured out. Sometimes tending the garden means letting the soil rest.

Come tired, hopeful, scattered or somewhere in between. Props, pauses and doing less are all welcome. The ritual isn’t about completing the numbers. It’s about marking the moment.
