Join us Mother’s Day Weekend for a feel-good morning of movement, deep rest, and a little well-deserved TLC. Enjoy self-care rituals designed to soothe the nervous system and fill your cup back up. A pre-brunch therapeutic yoga exhale for tired moms, busy bodies, and anyone needing a softer start. Expect cozy vibes, calming scents, and small thoughtful touches—like lavender or rose essential oil, herbal tonics, tea, crystals, or mini ritual gifts to take home. A soft morning to celebrate mothers, chosen family, friendship, and the art of caring for yourself, too.

Saturday, May 9th

Mama’ste Yoga Flow | 10am-11am

Gentle all-level flow to stretch, breathe, and reset.

Yin + Juice (Mom’mosas) | 11am-12:15am

Deep relaxation, restorative yin, nervous system care, juice, mom-mosas, and self-care rituals.

Sunday, May 10th

Therapeutic Yoga - Mommy & Me (bring your mama) | 10am-11:15am

Mama Needs a Minute - Iyengar Workshop w/ Jennifer Edwards | 3pm- 5pm

An Iyengar yoga class for nervous system repair, deep breaths, and Mother’s Day weekend TLC.
