Heart-Centered Flow: Self-Love in Motion w/ Sarah Beston

  • The Greenhouse 2325 Palos Verdes Drive West Palos Verdes Estates, CA, 90274 United States (map)

75-minute Vinyasa | Sunday, February 15 | 12:00–1:15 PM PT

This heart-centered vinyasa practice with Sarah is an invitation to show up for yourself no matter what. When you’re in love—with your life, your body, or simply this moment—that commitment becomes something you practice through breath, movement, and attention.

Rather than focusing only on the front of the chest, we’ll explore the often-overlooked back of the heart space: the upper back, shoulder blades, and thoracic spine. By awakening this area, we create a fuller, more three-dimensional experience of the heart, one that allows openness without overexposure, and tenderness without losing center.

The class will begin with grounding and breath awareness, gradually unfolding into fluid standing sequences and expansive heart-opening postures that encourage warmth, presence, and self-connection. Expect a thoughtful blend of strengthening, opening, and softening shapes, with options offered throughout to honor your body’s needs. We’ll close with a short series of yin-inspired postures and deep rest, allowing the heart, both front and back, to soften, settle, and integrate.

This is an invitation to meet yourself with curiosity and care, and to let heart-centered self-love move through you both on the mat and beyond.

All levels welcome.
