This 3-hour mini retreat is designed to support your nervous system through breath, gentle movement, and immersive sound. You’ll be guided back into your body’s natural rhythm — noticing subtle shifts, internal cues, and the quiet intelligence that lives beneath effort.
We begin with slow, floor-based movement to soften tension and invite ease. From there, breath becomes the pathway — audible, textured, and grounding — allowing you to experience how even the simplest inhale and exhale can create a steadying pulse through the body.
We’ll explore rhythmic, body-based practices — tapping, pulsing, and shaking — awakening the body as an instrument, where sensation becomes rhythm and release becomes a kind of quiet music.
From there, settle into rest as layers of singing bowls and harmonic tones wash through the space, offering a chance to reset, reorganize, and receive.
As part of the experience, you’ll create a simple (chime) something small to carry or hang in your space as a reminder of your own internal harmony.
We close with a ceremonial sip — rose cacao or a light spring nectar — along with simple snacks, grounding the experience in sweetness, connection, and care.
